It is the responsibility of the student to purchase their own textbooks.

The syllabi will reflect the most up-to-date information regarding the required texts.

Syllabi are located in the course Toolbox link in each of your courses in 2USC. Your courses will be available to view 14 days before the first day of classes for the semester.

Please be advised that individual course materials are subject to change at the instructor’s discretion prior to the start of classes. For this reason, we recommend purchasing books with a return option. Textbooks can be purchased directly from the University at the USC Bookstore website.

If you would rather order a textbook through a third-party vendor, first confirm the books you need. Then find the ISBN number for the textbook through the Schedule of Classes to make sure that you order the right edition of the book.

To find the ISBN number, select the current term, and then select IDSN under Arts, Technology, and the Business of Innovation Once inside the Schedule of Classes, click the “+” symbol to the left of a course number to drop down a list of sections. To view the ISBN number for the textbook required for your class, click the book icon to the right of the course section for which you are registered.
