Order Your USC Student ID

Now that you are a Trojan, you are required to get your USC ID card. Show your pride and get student discounts! Student discounts are often available on gym memberships and annual memberships at places such as amusement parks, zoos, and aquariums. In addition, banks, credit unions, and insurance agencies usually have special financing available for students. With your USC ID card you also get a discount on electronics at USC Bookstore’s Computer Store.

Your USC ID card will also be necessary in order to access certain spaces during the on-campus Integrative Practices Residential. You do not need to pick up your USC ID card prior to the residential. Once it has been ordered, MS-IDBT program staff will collect and distribute your card to you when you check in for the residential. 

To order your USC Student ID card:

  1. To request your USC student ID card, please visit the USCard Services website and click on “Get Your Card.”
  2. Select “USC Iovine and Young Academy (Online Student)” for the School/Department.
  3. When asked, “Where would you like to pick up your USCard?” please select “Online Graduate Student” from the dropdown menu.
  4. NOTE: The graduate program coordinator will pick up your USC student ID card for you. It is important that you do not pick up your student ID card on so that the Academy can program your ID card. You will receive your USC student ID card during the integrative practices residential.

Once USCard Services receives your information and photo, a USC ID card will be generated for you. If you have not yet requested your USC ID Card, please do so as soon as possible.
