Student Success is your first point of contact for help navigating the program and answering questions. This process starts with a one-on-one Welcome Call with your Student Success Specialist who will help guide you through your next steps as a student. During this call, you will go over the basics for getting started and map out your plan for degree completion.

One element of the orientation process is Student Success and Academic Planning session held in the Zoom classroom. This one-hour session is designed to explore the various platforms, channels, and resources available to you. This individualized time with your Student Success Specialist will help you identify strategies for your success and walk you through tools and services that we can provide to ensure your success in the program. We will also work with you on creating an academic plan to graduation so that you are clear about the path that you will take to complete the program requirements. Once you have completed this step, you will then be advised to register for your classes.
